I am interested in how we can better understand ourselves, recognise our resources and develop ways of dealing with the challenges that life and work bring.
My online courses combine insights from psychology, art therapy and narrative approaches with practical exercises and opportunities for personal reflection. Rather than simply sharing information, I want to create learning experiences that invite people to engage with new ideas, try things out and discover what works in their own lives.
Current course development
I am currently developing a structured online course on stress management and resource building. The course brings together creative and reflective approaches to understanding stress, strengthening personal resources and developing more sustainable ways of coping with everyday demands.
It is currently in the process of being developed and submitted for certification as a German health prevention course (Präventionskurs) under §20 SGB V. Further information will follow as the certification process progresses.
