Welcome
Explore Your Life Story is a space for reflection, creativity and meaningful human connection.
We believe that every person carries a unique life story worth exploring, expressing and preserving. Sometimes this begins with a conversation. Sometimes through art, music, writing or photography. Whatever the medium, our aim is the same: to create space for curiosity, perspective and experience-based learning.
Together, we offer different ways to reflect, learn and create – always with warmth, respect and a genuine interest in the stories that make us who we are.
Meet Colette

I’m Colette, founder of Explore Your Life Story, Narrative Specialist and Art Therapist (M.A.).
For me, meaningful change rarely begins with advice. It begins with being truly listened to.
I offer reflective one-to-one conversations for individuals and professionals who want to understand themselves, their work or a particular situation more deeply. My approach is narrative-informed, process-oriented and shaped by attentive listening, thoughtful questions and creative reflection. Depending on the person and the situation, writing, photography or art-based methods may become part of the process – but they are never the goal. They are simply different ways of seeing.
Before becoming an art therapist, I worked for many years in tourism and lived in several countries, experiences that continue to shape my curiosity for people, cultures and life stories.
Outside my work, you’ll often find me walking in nature with my camera, creating small pieces of nature art or writing. These quiet moments inspire much of what I bring into my work: presence, curiosity and an appreciation for everyday beauty.
