Mental wellbeing is not only about preventing burnout. It is about building the skills that help us navigate everyday challenges with greater awareness, flexibility and confidence.
These workshops introduce practical, evidence-informed methods inspired by the creative therapies and adapted for people without a mental health diagnosis. Through simple creative exercises, reflective conversations and experiential learning, participants strengthen everyday resources that support both personal wellbeing and professional life.
Possible topics include:
– stress management and stress competence
– emotional awareness and regulation
– self-reflection
– healthy coping strategies
– self-care
– resilience
– confidence and self-efficacy
Sessions are available online as individual courses or as interactive workshops for small groups (up to six participants). They are suitable for organisations, wellbeing providers, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), family services and anyone looking for practical, engaging approaches to mental wellbeing.
Every workshop is adapted to the needs of the participants and combines scientific knowledge with creativity, reflection and real-life application.
