Time and space to reflect on your professional practice.
Working with people is rarely straightforward. It involves relationships, responsibilities, expectations and situations that don’t always come with clear answers. Some encounters stay with us, certain questions keep coming back, and sometimes we simply need a little distance from our everyday work to understand what is happening.
In my professional mentoring sessions, I offer a space to explore these experiences, reflect on your professional role and give attention to questions that matter in your work.
We might look at a challenging interaction, a complex case, questions around boundaries or responsibility, your own responses to particular situations, or the relationship between your personal values and professional practice. We can also explore professional development, changing roles or finding a direction that feels more meaningful.
My approach is informed by my experience as a clinical art therapist and my background in narrative approaches, systemic thinking and meaning-centred work. I value curiosity, thoughtful questions and the possibility of looking at familiar situations from a different angle.
There is no standard programme to follow. Every conversation starts with what you bring and develops from there.
Who is it for?
Psychologists, therapists, educators, social workers, healthcare professionals and others working in people-centred professions who would like dedicated time for professional reflection and development.
Sessions take place online, in English or German.
If you feel this could be useful for your professional practice, I’d be happy to hear from you.
