Traveling alone can be challenging. With this program I offer emotional support and travel advice (here a list of countries I have travelled to and/or lived in) and provide a safe and encouraging listening space for your stories, sorrows and feelings. Depending on your individual situation you can start the program before or during your trip.
As an experienced solo-traveller I know about the up and downs of going on adventures alone, and can relate well to the struggles and excitement connected to it. With my background in Travel Psychology, Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy I help you overcome challenging moments and turn your solo-travel into a memorable and empowering journey of growth, depth and meaning.
What’s included in the package:
- free 15 minute 1:1 online introduction and get-to-know session
- encouragement, emotional support and travel advice* before or during your solo-trip
- 6 x 60 minutes confidential 1:1 videocalls tailored to your needs and situation
- choose your time commitment – 6 weeks (1 session per week) or 6 months (1 session per month)**
