In this program we dedicate all our attention during 6 x 60 minutes 1:1 video sessions towards your individual travel story. We place special attention to challenging experiences, connected emotions and meaningful events. I provide a compassionate and safe space for you to express and explore your travel adventures, and will nurrish you with a range of narrative and creative activities that you can work on during and inbetween the sessions. You will learn new ways to express and reflect on your experiences, and be able to remember those experiences better.
As a Solo Travel Enthusiast with backpacking, travelling and working experience in a range of countries, I can relate well to all the feelings that exploring other places can evoke in us – from pre-trip-excitement and hireath to vacation-guilt, wanderlust-insomnia, decision-anxiety, travel fatigue, travel depression, cultural overwhelm, sensory overload, loneliness, guilt, homesickness, post-vacation-grief and post travel blues. In my studies I took a deep dive into Travel Psychology, and specialised in therapeutic approaches dealing with self care and coping skills for mental well-being.
