Mysigniture one-of-a-kind-program that I started this website with. This program will take you onto a journey of self-discovery and self-understanding. Through the use of therapeutic arts, writing and biographical counselling techniques you will uncover hidden stories of your identity, and clarify and untangle those experiences that make you who you are today.
It is suited for all those who are curious about biographical work and exploring how their feelings, thoughts and behaviour are linked to their roots and experiences. The program is designed for anyone interested in their identity or family history, and especially recommendable for Adult Third Culture Kids, Adult Cross Culture Kids and people with a complex multicultural or ethnic background.
What’s included in the package:
- free 30 minute 1:1 online introduction and get-to-know session
- free therapeutic art material consultation (no need to buy expensive materials!)
- 12 x 60 minutes confidential 1:1 videocalls tailored to your needs and situation
- choose your time commitment – 12 weeks (1 session per week) or 12 months (1 session per month)
