As a certified art therapist and narrative therapist, I guide people through personal reflection without rigid frameworks or to-do lists. My approach is grounded in deep listening and warm, honest feedback. I help you make sense of your experiences and uncover what’s underneath the surface noise. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your career, disconnected from what you truly need or want, or yearning to pursue a long-held life dream, I’ll meet you where you are. For those drawn to writing, I also offer therapeutic writing mentorship – supporting you in writing your story as a tool for healing, growth, and insight.
