Together with fellow Artists and Art Therapist (M.A.) Katharina I will facilitate a 2025 workshop series teaching you how to translate dreams into art and use them as a tool for self reflection and self discovery.
Join our creative and thought-provoking online workshops where we explore the world of (your) dreams through art! Led by two Art Therapists, these live sessions will help you understand your dreams (and yourself) better. Using art as a tool for self-reflection, you’ll discover the symbols, messages, and values within your dreams.
Our sessions are welcoming and non-judgmental, open to people of all genders and backgrounds. Every week, we focus on a specific topic that we will explore in depth.
We will unveil the meaning behind different types of dreams (e.g., recurring dreams, dreams with intense emotions), and we offer creative exercises to help you express and interpret them. You can choose to share your insights with the group, but there’s no pressure to do so.
The workshop series includes 6 unique events, and you’re free to choose how many to attend and which ones resonate with you the most. Every Sunday from 4pm-6pm (Berlin time zone)

Session Highlights
- Interactive Art-Based Activities: Guided creative exercises to explore your dreams

Session Structure (2 hours)
Introduction & Warm-up (15 minutes) – Get to know each other and relax with a creative exercise.
Dream Exploration (50-60 minutes) – Dive into your dream through guided art-making.
Reflection & Sharing (20-30 minutes) – Reflect on your creative process and share insights with the group (if you choose).
Closing (15 minutes) – Takeaways and final reflections.
