Online – 1:1 (for individuals) or 2:1 (for couples or friends)
I do offer 1-day retreats for individuals, couples or friends. These are all held online, and take between 4 and 6 hours, with breaks inbetween the sessions.
For couples and friends I usually structure my sessions around getting to know each other on a deeper level and enhancing communication through art therapy, narrative therapy and biographical reflection approaches but other topics can be discussed.
Individuals usually choose a biographical topic they like to explore in more depth, or specific challenge they want to address, understand and overcome.
